<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a vehicle restraining device, and simplify the operativity of the device. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of lock blocks 1 and 2 are provided to contact a wheel 3 before and after a ground point of a wheel 3 relative to a traveling direction of the wheel 3. A wire 12 whose end is fixed inside a housing 4 is hooked on the wheel 3, enters inside of one lock block 2, exits the other lock block 1 via a pair of slide hollow shafts 6, 7, and is hooked on the wheel 3 again. Then, the wire 12 returned to the inside of the housing 4 is wound by a drum 15, so as to fasten a pair of the lock blocks 1, 2 and the wheel 3, and restrain the wheel 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
