摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit with the output voltage which will not deteriorate, by combining a charge pump circuit and a level shift circuit, which is a gate control circuit for outputting gate signals of MOS transistors constituting the charge pump circuit, even when constituting the charge pump circuit and the level shift circuit with single conductive type MOS transistors, and electronic equipment provided with the same. SOLUTION: Control voltages ct12, ct13 respectively having an amplitude [2×VDD] are inputted from the level shift circuits 12, 13 to nodes QA, QB in the charge pump circuit 11. Thus, even when nodes PA, PB have a potential [2×VDD], p-MOS transistors MP2, MP4 are maintained in an OFF-state so as to avoid current leakage of the p-MOS transistors MP2, MP4. Accordingly, since it is possible to prevent droppage in a DC output voltage [2×VDD], the potentials of the nodes PA, PB in the charge pump circuit 11 are used as inputs of the level shift circuits 12, 13, even when the potentials of nodes QB, QA in the level shift circuits 12, 13 are at high levels, p-MOS transistors MPL2, MPL5 can be maintained in OFF-state.
