PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method capable of coping with the mass production of a porous resin material having an electroless plated layer. SOLUTION: A frame plate 2 made of a porous PTFE ä(poly)tetrafluoroethylene} film is sandwiched between mask films 11, 12, so as to compose a stacked body 14, and thereafter, through-holes 5 are formed. By conditioning, each hydrophilic layer 40 is formed on each fiber surface of the porous PTFE. Thereafter, in a state where the stacked body 14 is stored in a vessel, the inside of the chamber is evacuated. A catalyst liquid is fed into the vessel, and, after the release of the evacuation, the treatment where the catalyst liquid is exhausted, and, after the evacuation, the catalyst liquid is fed into the vessel is repeated. In this way, the catalyst liquid is uniformly infiltrated into pores, and the formation of each colloid particle layer 15 is performed. Further, with the catalyst particles formed by activation treatment as nuclei, each cylindrical electrode film composed of the electroless plated layer of a Cu layer, an Ni-P alloy layer, an Au layer or the like is formed by electroless plating.
