PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new parathyroid hormone-related peptide analogs. SOLUTION: New PTHrP analogs converted into potent PTH-2 receptor agonists or antagonists by substitution of one or more amino acid residues of PTHrP to the corresponding residue(s) of PTH are provided.
