PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition excellent in formulation stability, capable of increasing an acid-resisting effect of tooth surface markedly, further improving the acid-resisting effect by blending with xylitol, and capable of preventing the onset or progress of caries effectively. SOLUTION: This oral composition comprises (A) 0.05 to 0.33 mass% sodium fluoride based on the total of the composition, (B) a water soluble calcium salt and/or water soluble strontium salt and (C) a water soluble magnesium salt, and has 2 to 14 molar ratio of [the calcium ion and/or strontium ion in the (B) component]/[the fluoride ion in the (A) component] and 1 to 2 molar ratio of [the calcium ion and/or strontium ion in the (B) component]/[the magnesium ion in the (C) component].
