PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dye composition which has good spreadability on the hair and excellent usability at application and imparts excellent combability and the natural gloss inherent in hair after dyeing by preventing the damage of the hair under application, and exhibits excellent levelness of dyeing of the hair. SOLUTION: The oxidation hair dye composition comprises a jojoba oil, hydrocarbons preferably microcrystalline wax, and a quaternary ammonium salt represented by general formula (1), and optionally a silicone.
