OPERATION TESTING DEVICE OF ELEVATION RESTRICTING DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation testing device capable of positively holding a released state of a restriction switch easily attachable/detachable even when its specification is reviced. SOLUTION: The operation testing device of an elevation restricting device for an elevator is equipped with: the restriction switch for outputting a signal for stopping a car at a stop position of a guide rail; a lever for releasing the restriction switch by rotating against its own returning force when an operation metal fitting provided to the car abuts on a roller part; and a switch box mounted on the guide rail via a bracket. The operation testing device is composed of a roller receiving part 14A engaged with a roller part 11A of the lever, and a binding part 14B which can be wrapped around the bracket. The roller part 11A is maintained at a fixed position by resisting the returning force of the lever so that the restriction switch is in a released state with the binding part 14B wrapped around the bracket.
