PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirrer capable of uniformly stirring the entire inside of a tank with a small power and high efficiency. SOLUTION: The stirrer is provided with: a hollow stirring body 2; a mechanism varying buoyancy by supplying and discharging fluid held in shrinkable liquid vessels 3a, 3b to the stirring body 2: and a guide mechanism 4 guiding rise and fall of the stirring body 2.
