PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent games of surrounding players from being disturbed by continuing e.g. a loud performance though a player only supplies game mediums but plays no game. SOLUTION: A timing control part 102 judges whether the time of detecting the supply of the game mediums is in a specific time range within a prescribed elapsed time from the finish time of the former game to the first setting time, and when the time is in the specific time range, the control part 102 makes a second time counting part 113 count the elapsed time. A first time counting part 112 used for shifting control to a normal game waiting state stops counting the time when the second time counting part 113 is started.
