PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing artificial forest surface soil, and to provide a method for creating the artificial forest surface soil by spraying. SOLUTION: A new artificial forest surface soil creating technology comprises reproducing forest surface soil, using a material allowing to get the quality of material, structure and biotic characteristics of forest surface soil without destroying nature.
