<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe composition for improving endurance, anti-fatigue composition during aerobics, composition for raising anaerobic metabolism threshold value, composition for reducing lactic acid accumulation in blood or foods or beverages comprising the compositions. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for improving the endurance, anti-fatigue composition during the aerobics, composition for raising the anaerobic metabolism threshold value, composition for reducing the lactic acid accumulation in blood or foods or beverages comprising the compositions containing theanine as an effective component are provided.
