PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDING SYSTEM, PERSONAL INFORMATION RETAINING DEVICE USED THEREFOR, AND PERSONAL INFORMATION UTILIZATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect personal information of a person to be collated provided from a personal information retaining device to a personal information utilization device.

SOLUTION: The retaining device receives directly from the utilization device a request to provide the personal information of the person 40 to be collated, and compares a requested privacy policy in the request information with a retained preference to determine whether to provide items to be provided and the information to be provided; using the personal information provided and the requested privacy policy, the retaining device creates the information to be provided. The utilization device sends the information requested directly to the retaining device and receives the information to be provided directly from the retaining device to create the requested privacy policy based on the retained privacy policy, while also creating requestor information and the request information. Also, the utilization device compares the personal information provided, the requested privacy policy and the retained privacy policy of the person to be collated and, if there is personal information to be provided that can be disclosed, displays this information.
