<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection film which is high in the surface hardness thereof, and can reduce its cost by reducing the number of manufacturing processes. <P>SOLUTION: A hard coat resin having low refractive index fine particles formed of a fluorine based monomer as a main raw material added thereto is applied to a transparent substrate and is hardened. The low refractive index fine particles are synthesized with an emulsion polymerization method and have an average primary particle size of 80-500 nm, and an acrylate monomer with two or more functional groups of ≥1 pts.wt. is used in the emulsion polymerization. An added quantity of the low refractive index fine particles of ≥1 pts.wt. and <30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. solid content of the resin is compounded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
