<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a rotating position of a flap by a compact sensor part in a scissors type automatic ticket gate adapted to protrude the flap in a direction orthogonal to a direction to pass through a ticket gate and store the protruded flap within a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic ticket gate comprises a detection plate provided on a driving shaft of a driving mechanism for rotating the flap, the detection plate being rotated with rotation of the driving shaft and having predetermined cutout part and shielding part in the circumference thereof; a plurality of sensors for detecting the cutout part and shielding part of the detection plate, the sensors being provided at predetermined intervals in a place adjacent to the detection plate; and a detection means for detecting, based on detection signals of the plurality of sensors, that the flap is protruded to the ticket gate passage side and that the flap is stored in the casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
