PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of displaying image preview using a client PC in more various networks. SOLUTION: A combined machine 1 is provided with an external transmission section 30 for transmitting data outside. When image data acquired from a manuscript by a scanner section 2 are transmitted to a common folder 201a in a file server 201, it is provided with the place of image data repository, and the external transmission section 30 available for execution, before the transmission, in a common folder 202a of a client PC 202. Under the control of a control section 7, the external transmission section 30 transmits an HTML file including position information about the repository of the image data, and a user interface for image edit and the like to the common folder 202a of the client PC 202.
