PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein the consideration concerning rotation of a ventilation fan and/or attachment of an insect control net is missing, and problems in securing sucking volume of outside air are left, although a cultivation method utilizing the insect control net is getting a mainstream even in a greenhouse culture because agrochemical-free farm products such as vegetable and leaf vegetable are appreciated, and the agrochemical-free cultivation is essential when health of human beings, cure of disease, development of agriculture of this country, as well as improvement of environment of the earth and the like are taken into consideration. SOLUTION: The ventilation fan is of a ventilation fan construction for a wall surface constituted of a frame of a framework structure arranged in a shutter frame arranged on a wall surface, a ventilation fan frame arranged in the free end of the frame, a ventilation fan attaching body rotatably arranged in the ventilation fan frame through a rotation mechanism, a ventilation fan impeller supported in an opening of the ventilation fan attaching body, and a motor arranged in the ventilation fan attaching body for rotating the ventilation fan impeller.
