PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the amount of sucked air without generating an air suction resisting portion. SOLUTION: In this ceiling-embedded air conditioner provided with a suction grille 10 mounted on a top face of a suction port 71 of a decorative panel 7 mounted at a lowermost portion, and an air filter 9 mounted on a top face of the suction grille, ribs 106 are formed on two opposed sides among four sides of a frame portion 103 of the suction grille 10, and ribs 94 formed at an inner side of a frame portion 93 of the air filter 9 are engaged with the ribs 106. Further a smooth air guide R portion 110 is formed on a lower face angular portion of an inner edge entire circumference of the frame portion 103 of the suction grille 10.
