PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling production of full length antibodies precisely folded and associated and accompanying no fault of conventional technologies. SOLUTION: The method comprises fermenting, in a cultivation medium, E. coli strain releasing a periplasmic protein in a medium and having a gene encoding the heavy chain of an antibody, functionally bonded with a signal sequence encoding a signal peptide and a second gene encoding the light chain of the antibody, functionally bonded with the signal sequence encoding the signal peptide, in that case, the E. coli strain secretes the full length antibody in the cultivation medium and the full length antibody is isolated from the cultivation medium.
