PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric transducer capable of reducing thermal resistances among electrode elements and heat-exchanging fins while ensuring insulations among the electrode elements. SOLUTION: In the thermoelectric transducer 1, a plurality of P-type semiconductor elements 2 and a plurality of N-type semiconductor elements 3 are disposed alternately; electrode elements 4a and 4b connecting the adjacent semiconductor elements 2 and 3 in series, heat-exchanging fins 7a and 7b exchanging a heat among a fluid substance on the outside and the electrode elements 4a and 4b and thermal conductive members 6a and 6b thermally connecting the electrode elements 4a and 4b and heat-exchanging fins 7a and 7b are provided; the electrode elements 4a and 4b and the thermal conductive members 6a and 6b are joined by forming insulating layers 6e and 6f on joint surfaces 6g and 6h with the electrode elements 4a and 4b and forming first adhesive layers 5a and 5b among the electrode elements 4a and 4b and the insulating layers 6e and 6f; the thermal conductive members 6a and 6b and the heat-exchanging fins 7a and 7b are joined by forming second adhesive layers 5c and 5d among the thermal conductive members 6a and 6b and the heat-exchanging fins 7a and 7b.
