PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the plasma display panel includes a step of forming first and second partition wall layers, having different etching rates on a substrate with an address electrode formed therein, a step of forming an etching mask layer on the first and second partition wall layers for exposing their predetermined regions with discharge cells formed thereon, a step of etching the exposed first and second partition wall layers with the help of the etching layer, and a step of removing the etching mask layer to form an asymmetrical partition wall.
