摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dielectric strength by a minute change alone of a temperature sensor detection structure of a heater. SOLUTION: In the heating device structured of a heating body having a heating element on a ceramic substrate and supplied with power from a primary side, a secondary-side thermal sensor detecting heat through an insulating material, a CPU returning an output of the thermal sensor and controlling the heating body at a given temperature, a triac supplying power to the heating body based on a signal from the CPU, a photo triac carrying out insulation between the triac and the CPU, a retaining member fixing a position of the temperature sensor aimed at heat shielding, a support member fixing the retaining member and deciding on positions of the temperature sensor and the heating element, and a spring for keeping the temperature sensor in contact with the heating element with the retaining member in a state fitted into a recess of the support member, an end part of the insulating material is set longer than that of the retaining member, and an end face of the insulating material is kept fitted into the recess of the support member in a state separated from the heating element.
