PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make rotation of a lock member smooth and prevent the lock member from coming off a housing. SOLUTION: A lock housing portion 23 of the housing 21 has a bearing portion 24a to receive an axle part 33 of the lock member 31, and the bearing portion 24a has a bottom 24b and a side 24c to guide rotation of the axle part 33 and houses the lock member 31 in the lock housing portion 23. The lock member 31 is supported rotatably as the axle part 33 is received in the bearing portion 24a, and a spring 33a formed on the axle part 33 presses the axle part 33 toward the bottom 24b of the bearing portion 24a.
