PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making technique which can securely prevent a cap body from loosing apart from a main body part. SOLUTION: First, a head engagement part 6 with which the head part 4a of a threaded rod 4 engages, is formed in an insertion hole 5 of the cap body 2 to be fitted into a fitting recessed part 3, then the threaded rod 4 is inserted through the insertion hole 5 of the cap body 2 fitted into the fitting recessed part 3, and a threaded part 9, on the peripheral surface, of the threaded rod 4, is made to engage with the screwing part 8, on the inner surface, of a threaded rod insertion part 7 inside a main body part 1. Thus, the cap body 2 is fixed on the fitting recessed part 3 in a pressed tight-fitting state. Under this constitution, a removal allowing means T is provided that allows the insertion of the cap body 2 into the fitting recessed part 3 and the removal of the cap body 2 from the fitting recessed part 3 by tilting the radial direction of the cap body 2 to the radial direction during fixing the cap body 2 in the pressed tight-fitting state or causing the positional deviation of the cap body 2 crosswise. and thwarts the insertion/removal of the cap body 2 by removing the tilting of the radial direction of the cap body 2 and its positional deviation crosswise. The tilting in the radial direction or the positional deviation crosswise of the cap body 2, is thwarted by the threaded rod 4 inserted through the insertion hole 5 of the cap body 2 fitted into the fitting recessed part 3, and consequently, the insertion/removal of the cap body 2 are prevented.
