PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide auxiliary equipment for exercise, of which the structure is simple and which is inexpensive. SOLUTION: The auxiliary equipment for exercise comprises a base part 1, a support bar 2 which is extensible in the axial direction and can be fixed in arbitrary length, and a connection member 3 which can rotate one end of the support bar 2 around the base part 1 and energize it in a direction vertical to the base part 1.
