PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing brush for car washes, which highly efficiently and surely removes dirt stuck to a washing object surface and has a high washing property without missing any parts by bringing brush bodies into face contact with the washed object surface sequentially at different gradient angles by different pushing forces from various directions and bringing the brush bodies into close contact with the washed object surface uniformly while retaining the elasticity of the brush bodies; and to provide the car wash mounted with the washing brush for the car wash. SOLUTION: This washing brush for the car wash is provided with the brush bodies having brush pieces and attachment parts, and a shaft body; the brush bodies are penetrated by the shaft body and mounted around the outer peripheral part of the shaft body with attachment parts; the plurality of attachment parts are formed with phase differences to the longitudinal direction of the shaft body; the brush pieces are joined with a plurality of different types of brush members; and the brush members are constituted at the washing side and the shaft body side.
