PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an interlocking structure for automatic vehicle speed control in a working vehicle which can perform the automatic vehicle speed control for reducing the speed of a vehicle to constantly keep the driving of a working portion on the overload of an engine 6. SOLUTION: An electric motor 170 is linked to a straight travel rotary shaft 105 of a straight travel HST type transmission mechanism 35 through a connection mechanism 171 of a system different from an operation system directed from a main transmission lever 77 to the straight travel rotary shaft 105. The linkage mechanism 171 has an interlock-switching means for permitting or canceling the interlock of the straight travel rotary shaft 105 to the electric motor 170. When the automatic vehicle speed control is not performed, the interlock-switching means is set to a canceling state for not preventing the operation of the straight travel rotary shaft 105. Before the vehicle speed of the travel machine frame is reduced during the performance of the automatic vehicle speed control, the interlock-switching means is set to a permission state for operating the straight travel rotary shaft 105 in a speed-reducing direction with the power of the electric motor 170.
