The device has an amplifying device receiving an electrical signal and outputting electrical signals. An ear-back-hearing earpiece receives one of the electrical signals and outputs an acoustic signal. A sound hose (4) and a sound output area (5) transmits the acoustic signal. The sound output area is formed at a front end for positioning at or in an external ear (8) of a user and for transmitting of the acoustic signal. An external hearing unit receives one of the electrical signals of the amplifying device over an electrical conductor and outputs another acoustic signal.
