<p>A method and a system of signaling distributing are provided; the device being capable of dispatching signaling inquires in turn the device with the signaling proxy function, and when the running status of the device signaling proxy inquired in turn currently has been registered, it can calculate the weight value of the device with signaling proxy function, wherein said device is the device inquired in turn currently, then dispatch the signaling according to the weight value. Also, a device being capable of signaling dispatching is provided. Using the method, system and device of the present embodiments, it can ensure the availability of the device with signaling proxy in the network as soon as possible.</p> |
