<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioimplant capable of controlling the rate of release of an antibacterial agent and an antibiotic from a coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: The bioimplant is formed with a disappearing coating film consisting of a calcium phosphate-containing material having a crystallinity of 90% or less at a prescribed area of the implant to make the disappearing coating film contain the antibacterial agent or the antibiotic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
