<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable unit operations and suppression of operating ratio deterioration when a control parameter is changed by stabilization at the time of oscillation. <P>SOLUTION: A motor controller has a feed back loop inputting a speed command or a position command, detecting a rotation speed or a rotation position of a motor so as to follow it and performing feed back control.
