<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable unit operations and suppression of operating ratio deterioration when a control parameter is changed by stabilization at the time of oscillation. <P>SOLUTION: A motor controller has a feed back loop inputting a speed command or a position command, detecting a rotation speed or a rotation position of a motor so as to follow it and performing feed back control. The motor controller is provided with a first control performance judging part 11, a control parameter change part 10, a speed calculating part 4 receiving an output signal from a position detector 3 detecting a position of the motor 1, a position controller 5, an oscillation detecting part 9 receiving an output signal from a speed calculator, a speed controller 6 receiving an output signal from the oscillation detecting part 9, and a torque controller 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
