<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the insulation of the lead wire connection terminal of a means for detecting rotational position of a rotor used in a brushless motor. <P>SOLUTION: In the brushless motor 1 comprising a stator 2, a rotor 3 arranged rotatably for the stator 2, and a resolver 31 for detecting the rotational position of the rotor 3, an insulator 37 formed of synthetic resin and having a chamber 57 for containing the connection terminals 55 individually is attached to the lead wire connection terminals 55 of the resolver stator 33. The insulator 37 has a latticelike arrangement including a hollow housing portion 56 and a plurality of terminal containing chamber 57 formed in the housing 56 while being isolated by a partition wall 58. When the insulator 37 is attached to the terminal portion 33a of the resolver stator 33, the connection terminals 55 are contained one by one in the terminal containing chamber 57 while being isolated and insulated from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
