<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems, wherein although various concentration measuring methods of hemoglobin have been available, the concentration measuring instruments for hemoglobin enlarged in size due to optical parts, such as lenses, diffraction lattices, etc. in optical techniques and measurements involves troublesomeness of measurements in immunological techniques. <P>SOLUTION: The concentration of hemoglobin can be calculated by an AC impedance measuring method that is an electrochemical technique, and the concentration measuring instrument of hemoglobin can be made compact. Furthermore, HbA1c used as an examination index of diabetes throughout the world can be electrochemically calculated, by calculating the concentration of hemoglobin by the AC impedance measuring method using the same specimen and calculating the concentration of saccharified hemoglobin by calculating a current due to potential measurement using an enzyme electrode method. In this way, since lenses or the diffraction lattices are not used, the concentration measuring instrument of hemoglobin can be made compact and the complexities of measurement in immunological method is reduced; and a small-sized stable concentration measuring instrument of hemoglobin of high accuracy or a HbA1c measuring instrument can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
