<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a windmill 31 of a Saponius type at a position for supplying sufficient wind power for running a vehicle without jumboizing the vehicle when mounting an on-vehicle wind power generator including the windmill 31 of the Saponius type on the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This windmill 31 of the Saponius type is supported on a bumper reinforcement 6 with a rotary shaft 31a of the windmill 31 substantially horizontally extended in the direction of vehicle width, and a rotation space of a vane 31b of the windmill 31 overlapped on a lower side wind leading opening part 9a in a bumper fascia 9 when viewed in front of vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
