<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus displaying an ultrasonic tomographic image of a subject, and automatically detecting abnormal motion of an object tissue of the subject. <P>SOLUTION: In this ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, the section of the object tissue of the subject is scanned by ultrasonic waves, an ultrasonic tomographic image is generated based on an obtained echo signal, and the ultrasonic tomographic image is displayed on a display means. The apparatus includes a biological motion measuring means 8 for obtaining a biological waveform showing the motion to the time of the biological motion by measuring periodic biological motion of the object tissue during scanning; and a decision means 61 for comparing the reference waveform of the biological waveform with the measured biological waveform to decide abnormal motion when a difference between them exceeds a predetermined value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
