<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight medical tube capable of transferring a transfer object as intended. <P>SOLUTION: This rubber medical tube has a tube wall whose actual area is 45-85% of a virtual area calculated from a virtual outside diameter and a virtual inside diameter in a cross section cut at a perpendicular face to the axial direction and has JIS A hardness of 50-80.
