PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electronic apparatus compact and to protect a circuit board against damage at the time of its falling. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises a first case 1, a second case 2 coupled with the first case 1 to form a containing space 4 between it and the first case 1, and a flexible circuit board 3 contained in the containing space 4 with the circumferential edge portion being clamped between the first case 1 and the second case 2. A wiring circuit 6 is formed at a position on the inner circumferential surface of at least one of the first case 1 and the second case 2 including a region for clamping the flexible circuit board 3 when the first case 1 and the second case 2 are coupled, and a bump 8 is formed in a region of the flexible circuit board 3 abutting against the wiring circuit 6 when the flexible circuit board 3 is clamped between the first case 1 and the second case 2.
