PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device in which generation of noise due to contact of fins caused by vibration is suppressed by securing fins mutually through a simple means, and to provide its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In a cooling device where a plurality of sheets of planar fins 41 are stacked at a predetermined interval in the plate thickness direction of the fin 41, the fin 41 has a piece 50 formed at the end of the fin 41 to expend in the plate thickness direction in order to couple the adjoining fins 41, and the coupling fin 50 has a first protrusion 51 one end of which abutting against the first plane 43 of an adjoining fin 41 of the end part 56 when it is bent inward, and a second protrusion 52 having a bend 57 abutting against the second plane 44 on the side opposite to the first plane 43 when it is bent inward.
