PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionery oven capable of stacking the oven by respectively arranging an exhaust dumper and an exhaust air induction part in the upper and lower part of the rear end surface of the oven. SOLUTION: In a confectionery oven wherein an upper fire heater 9 and a lower fire heater 10 are respectively arranged in the upper and lower part of a baking chamber 3 and an opening/closing door 5 is mounted in an opening 4 for charging confectionery dough, an exhaust dumper 16 arranged in the upper part of the rear end of the confectionery oven and a recess-shaped exhaust air induction passage 19 with open lower end formed in the lower part of the rear end of the confectionery oven are provided, and the open end of the exhaust dumper 16 is configured to position beneath the exhaust air induction passage 19 of the stacked confectionery oven when the confectionery ovens are stacked.
