PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioner lifter capable of improving assemblability and maintainability, and also capable of reducing manufacturing costs by reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: An adjusting bolt 13 being a pushing out means is pressure-fitted into a case 11 with force larger than rotational force by a spring 16 being a pushing out means, thereby restricting energization of a push rod 14 in an advancing direction. A screw hole 11c exposing the adjusting bolt 13 to the outside is provided to the rear end of the case 11. The peripheral surface of the rear end of the adjusting bolt 13 is surrounded by the tapered surface 18a of a coupling washer 18 arranged to the rear end of the inner peripheral surface of the case 11 and contracted in its diameter toward the rear end of the case 11. By screwing a bolt 20 being a press-fitting canceling means into the screw hole 11c of the case 11, the press-fitting of the adjusting bolt 13 is canceled, and also the screw hole 11c of the case 11 is closed.
