PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the following problems: much labor is required and a connection component and a job site are contaminated with a filler, because a resin or the like is infilled on the job site, in the use of the filler; and the reliability of connection can hardly maintained because a lock nut can be loosened by a tension during the use of the lock nut. SOLUTION: A halved biting splicing member, in which many protrusions are formed on an inner surface, in which a screw is formed on an outer surface and which is formed in such a tapered shape as to become thin at an end and thicker toward the center, is cylindrically formed by being assembled in such a manner as to cover a connecting portion of the deformed bar. The lock nut is screwed to the screw on the outer surface. The bite type attached member decreases in diameter in accordance with the screwing of the lock nut, so that the protrusion on the inner surface can be brought into pressure contact with the surface of the deformed bar. Consequently, the irregular bar can be surely connected by utilizing performance equivalent to a mechanical joint, and the connected state of the irregular bar can be stably maintained.
