PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used fuel management unit of construction machinery, which enables used fuel to be grasped with ease, and which can restrain nonrecognized fuel from being used maliciously. SOLUTION: This used fuel management unit of the construction machinery is equipped with a fuel supply device 12 for supplying the fuel to an engine 11 from a fuel reservoir 14. A fuel supply line for connecting the fuel reservoir 14 and the engine 11 together, or a return line 27 for connecting a fuel injection device 17 and the fuel reservoir 14 together is provided with a spend-fuel sampling device 13 for automatically sampling and storing the used fuel or uninjected fuel.
