PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder lock causing no defective magnetic attraction of a magnet tumbler and enabling the use of any hard metal in an inner tube. SOLUTION: This cylinder lock 100 comprises an outer tube 33 secured to a locking/unlocking body, an inner tube 37 having a keyhole 35 and rotatably installed in the outer tube 33, and tumblers disposed to position on the boundary between the outer tube 33 and the inner tube 37 and restraining the rotation of the inner tube 37 relative to the outer tube 33 and releasing the restraint of the rotation of the inner tube 37 by moving it to the position where the boundary is formed by a false key 65 inserted into the keyhole 35. At least one of the tumblers is a magnet tumbler 59 moved to the position where the boundary is formed by the same pole repulsion of magnets 69 installed in the false key 65. The inner tube 37 is made of a metal of magnetic substance. The magnetic tumbler 59 is rotatably contained in a holder 53 fitted into the inner tube 37 and made of a non-magnetic substance.
