PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin material which is inexpensive, lightweight, compact, highly rigid, and excellent in vibration-damping properties. SOLUTION: The maximum amplitude value A of the resin composition is not greater than 0.0003 F when calculated by substituting a static deflectionδfound from a bending modulus of elasticity measured based on ASTM D790 of a synthetic resin composition and a damping coefficientζobtained from a wave form measured by the free vibration measurement method into equation (1): A=δ/[2ζ(1-ζ<SP>2</SP>)<SP>0.5</SP>].
