PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition comprising an acrylic polymer, with which an optical member excellent in light resistance, heat resistance and mounting reliability can be formed. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) the acrylic polymer obtained by reacting an unsaturated carboxylic acid with at least a part of epoxy groups in a copolymer obtained by copolymerizing monomers comprising (a) an epoxy group-containing (meth)acrylate, (b) a non-silicone polymerizable monomer having one polymerizable unsaturated bond and (c) a siloxane structure-containing (meth)acrylate, and (d) a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylate, (B) a polymerizable monomer having a polymerizable unsaturated bond and (C) a radical polymerization initiator.
