PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in getting on/off without giving uncomfortable feeling to an occupant. SOLUTION: In the case that an occupant starting to get on is detected by determining whether a door lock signal is transmitted from a remote controller of a key-less entry system or not or determining whether an ignition is turned off or not, a vehicular seat corresponding to an opened door starts moving to a predetermined position, and a buzzer is sounded (100-104). In the cases that the opening of the door is a predetermined value or larger, that a door opening speed is a predetermined value or higher, that the occupant starts to get on/off and that the cancel of the movement of the seat is instructed, the movement of the vehicular seat is stopped with determination that there may arise quick get-on/off motion, and the sound of the buzzer is stopped. In the other case, when the vehicular seat reaches the predetermined position, the movement of the vehicular seat is stopped, and the sound of the buzzer is stopped (106-116).
