PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size, weight and costs by independently executing a shift switch control and a multiple-disc clutch control without mutually being influenced by a difference in the rotational direction of a motor. SOLUTION: A clutch control mechanism 84 is provided between a driving member 74 and a pinion gear 76, and a clutch pressing force of a ball cam mechanism is changed in accordance with the one-way rotation by the motor originating from the point of controlling origin of the driving member 74 in such a state that an auxiliary transmission mechanism is switched to the H-position. A shift control mechanism 73 is provided between the driving member 74 and a cylindrical cam 78 for shifting, the auxiliary transmission mechanism is switched from high speed to low speed with the rotation in an opposite side direction by the motor originating from the control origin of the driving member 74, and the auxiliary transmission mechanism is changed from the low speed to the high speed with the rotation returning to the control origin after being switched to the high speed.
