PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handlebar structure of a walking type agricultural work machine capable of stable operation. SOLUTION: A grip portion 14G in a lateral direction is provided at an end portion of a handlebar 14 protrusively provided in a fore-and-aft direction to a machine body, and clutch levers 16L, 16R engaging/disengaging a clutch are provided on the handlebar 14 in the same direction as the grip portion 14G. In the handlebar structure wherein the clutch levers 16L and 16R are divided to be laterally independent, an auxiliary handlebar 19 is provided on the handlebar 14, and the clutch levers 16L, 16R are made to come close along the auxiliary handlebar 19 to turn on.
