PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to wiring arranged so as to intersect a shock absorbing member without impairing shock absorbing performance. SOLUTION: The shock absorbing member E1 is constituted by combining a plurality of first ribs 40 oppositely extending, and a plurality of second ribs 42 extending in a direction intersecting the first ribs 40 and opposing to each other. In the shock absorbing member E1, a passage 30 is formed, which opens a first opening portion 44 opening to a block space 45 defined by the adjacent second ribs 42, 42 on the first rib 40 and permits the insertion of the wiring H. At one opening edge of the first opening portion 44 in the first rib 40 forming an outer wall of the shock absorbing member E1, a wall portion 46 curving toward the inside of the passage 30 is provided.
