PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve these that a conventional purifier has problems of including the purifier having an intricate and large-scale structure, requiring a considerable initial cost and running cost, also requiring an enormous installation area, and being unable to finely purify waste water. SOLUTION: The purifier comprises a flocculation removal process of loading waste water 2 with a ferrous ion and at least any 8 and 9 of a magnesium ion, a calcium ion or an aluminum ion to flocculate to settle 6 and 7 a contaminated contaminant in the waste water 2, or removing it by a centrifugal separator, a sand filter or a filter, and a precision flocculation removal process of passing the waste water removing the contaminant in the flocculation removal process through the mutual gap of powdery, granular or pellet type adsorbents 14a and 15a composed of at least any of hydroxide of magnesium, calcium or aluminum, and flocculating to remove a fine particle in the waste water.
