SLUDGE COLLECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge collector of a pin-rack type which operatively drives a scum skimmer with a pin-rack driving apparatus. SOLUTION: A scum blade beam 4 for collecting a scum is nearly horizontally arranged backwards from a supporting post 3 and also a movable scum skimmer 5 is arranged backwards the scum blade beam 4. A link mechanism 6 for operating the scum skimmer 5 by making a part of the scum blade beam 4 contact is interposed between the scum skimmer 5 and the scum blade beam 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
